   A very popular and controversial personality in politics and in the biz is apparently disappointed with this ungrateful has-been actress.
      This Popular Personality (PP) has been with the Veteran Drama Actress (VDA) from the lowest low of her life, when no one, not even a Personal Alalay, would want to be associated with her name because of her negative image and her unpredictable character.
      PP used to help and support VDA with all her ordeals, personal problems and personal attacks from different camps and from whatever aggressor coming her way. PP is like a magic shield for the VDA who used to catch all the venomous attack against the actress.  
      But now that VDA is striving for a come-back and lucky for her, some of the big bosses of a giant network are helping her to succeed, PP encountered a couple of life’s challenges but surprisingly, VDA was nowhere to be found.
     To add insult to the injury, VDA even had a nerve to text PP discouraging words in the time that the latter needed a support, morally (VDA’s mere presence would be enough), and a shoulder to hang on.
      And this, for us, is ungratefulness to the highest degree that will put any askals (local dogs) to shame.

      It’s pleasing to learn that the highly controversial personality, Deniece Cornejo, is not just beauty and a sexy body but also, a multi-talented individual.
      While everybody knows her as a hot-buttoned celebrity, she is also into oil paintings.
      Just before the Lenten break, Deniece showed us her array of art works which made us uttered our oohhs and ahhhs in spontaneity, as a sign of our appreciation. A couple of her pictures in-action, while doing her art works, were also shown to us so we can understand and admire the worth of her effort.
        In addition, Deniece is also starting to concoct and formulate special scents particularly for an individual.
       Her equally popular counsel, Atty. Ferdie Topacio, is one of the very few individuals who received a sample scent which has a different kind of manly aroma specially formulated by Deniece for the famed lawyer.
       With a very short time that we have spent talking to Deniece, we discovered that her mind is very creative in doing productive things such as these stuffs and sooner than soon, she is going to introduce a different kind of coffee that will produce positive results in the appearance of a person.
       “Watch out for it,” a very excited and energized Deniece even told us.

     A few months right after the erstwhile sexy star Ara Mina gave birth to her baby, a shocking blind item which was later confirmed into a solid entertainment story surfaced that her relationship with the father of her only child, Bulacan Mayor Patrick Meneses, is on the rocks, and is now heading for splitsville.

     Perhaps she is getting what she is hankering for: A baby even without a blessing of marriage. Remember that tradition  in our society, a marriage, at least, is a sort of an assurance of a commitment that a couple will be together, for better or for worse.

     Anyway, a very reliable intel whispered to us that a popular morena beauty queen is involve as the third party for the break up, a beauty that can apparently give Ara a run of her money.

     Just for the record, Jojo is the maker of the likes of Ana Capri, Ina Raymundo, Aya Medel, Via Veloso and a lot more, until he was tied up with the politics in his hometown province.

      Currently, he is ubiquitously present in every showbiz’ event, making his presence felt, with his new svelte and appealing protégée Anya Aragon, who is now signed up as one of the prime sexy talents of Viva Artist Management.

      Even the industry’s icon, Viva Bog Boss Vic del Rosario, is pronouncing that with her aura, looks and style, Anya can easily bet the popularity of Ellen Adarna, especially in showing off skin.

      And that, for us, is a statement! Whoa!!!

     After more than a year of living in with her non-showbiz boyfriend Raul Olbes in the guy’s family abode in Alabang, Ellen Adarna admitted that they have already called it quits since December of last year. Reason: She just can’t see herself living with this guy for the next few years.
    When asked about the separation, she said that there was no drama and never ending crying. They simply moved on, and just like that.
     Mind you, there is no trace of heartache or anxiety on her face. She is, in fact, looking fresh and at her best and there is no question, that she is just taking the split-up light and easy.

     Award-winning director, Ed Palmos, is finally wrapping-up a documentary film about the Butandings in the Philippines, simply entitled, Butandings.
      The docu-film is headed by a stellar cast of actors par excellence like Rey PJ Abellana, beauty queen Lara Quigaman, veteran actress and radio announcer Tess Lagman and the indie film actor Norris John.  A veteran singer and performer is also in the movie in the person of Emma Cordero. And an award-winning international performer and a book author (Scripted in Heaven and I Called Myself Cassandra), Lourdes Duque Baron, is heading the main actors of this value-laden short flick.
       Basically, the movie is going to show the movie goers on how we are going to take care of our natural resources, including the rare species Butandings, so the future generation can enjoy these wonderful gifts supplied by nature.

NEVER A DULL MOMENT WITH THE "UNEXPECTED" CONCERT QUEEN, ALEX GONZAGA!!!

    There is never a dull moment whenever Alex Gonzaga is around. She is unquestionably always in a gay mood and exuberant that you will actually forget all your problems and heartaches because of her unusual style of tickling your ribs.   
    And this is one of the reasons, perhaps, why the visionary and veteran concert producer , Joed Serrano, tried his luck of convincing Alex Gonzaga and her parents, Mommy Pinty and Dad Crlitos, to set a concert for the Kapamilya TV host/actress at, hold your breath, Smart Araneta Coliseum, slated on April 25, and that is barely two months from now.
     Smart Araneta can undoubtedly accommodate up to 16,000 audience and that is a big number that will push Alex on a different level as a performer, if, and that is a big if, she can prove all those doubting Thomases wrong, that she can really fill the venue to the rafters.
     Dubbed as AG From The East, The Unexpected Concert, Alex is now preparing for her repertoire and her numbers but she admitted that the segments are continuously changing, yes, unexpectedly.
     As of press time, there is no concrete guest lists yet and no concert and musical directors were named yet but with the veteran strategist Joed around, we are pretty sure, everything is under control.
     Anyway, we are honestly wishing Alex to break a leg in her upcoming concert, with this kind (fairly large) of magnitude.

The Lord of Scent, Joel Cruz, never ceases to amaze us whenever he throws a party, from the panoramic breathtaking spectacle of his Tagaytay rest house down to the hustle-bustle busy streets of his Manila residence Chateau de Milagros, his newly blessed abode which is just sitting beside his office at the corner of Sisa and Retiro Sts.

     This time, a party was thrown just in time for three important happenings in the Lord of the Scent's life: Chinese New Year, House Blessing, and Joel Cruz 50th Birthday!
     As we observed, a street was closed to accommodate guests and well wishers alike and to welcome the dragon dance for the Chinese New Year. Tour guides donned on red shirts were also ubiquitously ready to accompany visitors who wishes to have a peep on Joel's mansion in Manila.
     And just like the generosity personified Joel Cruz as we know him, he gave away Euros and Pesos for raffles for his guests, all for the spirit of the Chinese New Year.
     Heavy weights in politics like Dra. Elenita Biinay and former Ilocos Gov. Chavit Singson were around while Richard Poon, Dulce, The four Tenors and Gary Valenciano rocked the whole neighborhood with his performance on the makeshift stage while society columnist Jhonny Litton and Kapuso Pauleen Luna hosted the event.
     By the way, the controversial biological twins of Joel Cruz, who are already in the spotlight since day one, are already running and playing around the compound and we are not going to be surprised if they will grow up as popular celebrities, as they are always seen by the microscopic eyes of the public.

     Pauline Aguilar is one of the extra ordinary young stars of today's generation and  I would really like to take my hat off for her.
     Apparently, she is making waves as one of the co-hosts of Walang Tulugan ni Master Showman of German Moreno but because she is a graduating student of a respectable university, she has decided to lie low in the biz and concentrate on her studies on this particular semester.
     Unquestionably, this young pretty lady knows her priorities.
     But of course, she sent Kuya Germs a note for her short term absence in the show, and the Master showman, who is currently getting better and stronger when he was sidelined by mild-stroke, proudly gave her the go signal and noted that she is welcome to go back in the show anytime, as soon as she finishes the crucial semester.
